At Hops & Chops Homestead, we raise a variety of rabbits suited for homestead use, breeding programs, and as well-loved companions.

We currently have New Zealand, New Zealand × Rex crosses, and Mini Rex rabbits available, with more litters expected throughout the season.

Our New Zealand lines are known for their size, growth, and calm temperament, making them a great fit for homesteaders and breeding programs. Our New Zealand × Rex crosses offer a balance of production traits with unique coloring and soft coats. Mini Rex are especially loved for their small size and luxuriously soft, velvety fur—making them a favorite for families, pets, and 4-H projects.

All of our rabbits are raised right here on our homestead, handled regularly, and cared for with quality feed, fresh hay, and daily attention to ensure they are healthy, well-started, and ready for their next home.

We run an active breeding program, so availability changes regularly as new litters arrive and grow.
